You have found the site for Liz Cox who currently offers on-line meditation sessions three times a week. Using a mixture of Mindfullness, Guided Meditation and Mantra meditations, the sessions are varied and last from 30 to 40 minutes each time. During each session we normally do one mediation that lasts at least twenty minutes. The meditations are suitable for all, whether you are new to meditation or not. Meditation is a wonderful way to calm the mind and help you relax, as well as allowing you to focus on specific issues if wanted. The many benefits of meditation have been well documented and researched over the years. When the brain is in a jumble messages go out to all the cells in your body to go into fight or flight more and stress hormones are triggered. In contrast, when the brain is relaxed messages go out to all the cells in the body to relax.

Personally I have been meditating for over 25 years now, having studied a few different styles. Basically they all boil down to one thing, allowing the brain/mind to relax allowing you to transcend your thoughts and reach a field of pure potential.
